Whitley Road Semi Detached

This Semi Detached houses a family of three. We decided to convert the spare room at basement to an entertainment room and erected full height wall panels to the store and maids room. 

To enable easy access to the entertainment room, we created an opening at the car porch area with direct access to the room. To further enhance the outlook of the facade and function of the unit, we converted the unused void area above the car porch into a patio with landscaping.

The whole unit is integrated with SMART home system, controlling the lights, air conditioning and motorized blinds using control4 smart switches.
