We are tasked by the client to provide a solution to an odd sized space underneath a HDB multistorey carpark. The challenges involved were a low height ceiling which we overcome with clean lines and decluttering of the ceiling space. We minimised the amount of heavy and big sized services running across the ceiling. The flow of the space is also segregated through the use of joinery items which in this case was a customised repair station space.
